You need a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from a Designated Learning Institution, proof of funds, medical exam (if required), and to apply for a Study Permit online or via VFS.
Express Entry is a skilled worker points-based system (CRS). You can do so under programs such as FSW, CEC, or FST, and you can be sent an Invitation to Apply (ITA) if your points rank above the cut-off.
