    SAT Exam Syllabus

    The syllabus for the SAT Digital Test includes two essential sections: Reading & Writing and Math. Both sections are designed to degree a handful of skills which are required for college readiness. The SAT is now fully digital and adaptive; there's no separate essay or subject test.       SAT Reading & Writing Section

      Reading & Writing

      This section tests your ability to understand, interpret, and edit a variety of texts. Passages are drawn from literature, social studies, science, and the humanities.

      • Types of Text: Literary, historical, scientific, and argumentative passages.
      • Skills Tested:
        • Understanding key ideas and information
        • Vocabulary in context
        • Analyzing structure and relationships in texts
        • Interpreting charts and tables
        • Grammar, punctuation, and improving clarity
      • Note: All answers are submitted digitally. Spelling and grammar mistakes can affect your score.

      SAT Math Section

      This section measures your problem-solving abilities in algebra, geometry, data analysis, and basic trigonometry. The Math section is also split into adaptive modules.

        • Algebra.
        • Advanced math (functions, quadratic equations).
        • Problem solving & data analysis.
        • Geometry & trigonometry.
      • Skills Tested:
        • Solving equations and inequalities.
        • Data interpretation and analysis.

      • Calculator :Allowed throughout the entire math section.
